Certified manufacturing facility with strict quality control of equipment
At HT Electric, each switchboard is engineered based on the technical requirements and actual operating conditions of each project. With an experienced team of engineers, HT Electric conducts site surveys, load analysis, short-circuit calculations, equipment selection, and proposes optimized solutions in terms of cost, safety, and long-term operability.
HT Electric provides complete design services for MSB, DB, MCC, ATS, PLC panels, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, kiosk substations, and more, all in compliance with IEC/ISO standards.
OPTIMIZED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DESIGN FOR YOUR PROJECT
A clear and well-structured technical design process
-
The substation switchboard system at the factory is designed in accordance with IEC 60439. All parameters — from the mechanical properties of the enclosure to rated current specifications, insulation levels, and short-circuit withstand capacity — are accurately calculated. Design and simulation software is used to control dimensions, busbar arrangements, and equipment layout inside the panel, ensuring electrical safety, compliance with electrical industry standards, and ease of maintenance.
-
The design process is carried out in six steps: site survey – load analysis – single-line diagram (SLD) development – equipment layout – wiring design – technical verification. Each design package includes: the single-line diagram, equipment layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and a bill of materials (BOM). All drawings are clearly presented using AutoCAD/ECAD, ensuring readability, ease of construction, and minimizing risks during installation.
Optimized operation & scalability
- In switchboard design, HT ELECTRIC focuses on optimizing internal space arrangement: segregated cable routing, clean wiring paths, and the use of terminal blocks to enhance maintenance efficiency and future expandability. EMC factors — including noise immunity, heat dissipation, busbar selection, and safe clearance calculations — are all considered from the design stage to ensure stable operation across various environments.
Standards compliance & testability
- All designs comply with IEC 60439, ISO, and QUATEST certification requirements or Type Test standards when required by the project. The complete design documentation is delivered to enable investors, contractors, or consultants to review, approve, and proceed with implementation immediately.
INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED MANUFACTURING FACILITY & PRODUCTION PROCESS
End-to-end manufacturing process – precision in every detail
- The mechanical components of the switchboard are fabricated through the following process: laser cutting → CNC punching/bending → rough machining → powder coating → busbar machining → equipment installation → panel testing, inspection, and final delivery. CNC technology ensures high precision, uniformity, and reduces assembly errors. The panel surface is powder-coated in a standard coating booth, providing durable color, oxidation resistance, and protection for equipment in harsh industrial environments.
In-factory assembly & testing process
- Upon completion, each switchboard undergoes in-house testing according to IEC 60439, including:
- Insulation resistance testing
-
Insulation resistance and withstand voltage testing
-
Control circuit testing
-
Busbar contact resistance measurement
-
Short-circuit withstand testing (Type Test) for prototype units
